Our Schools

Rock Falls, Illinois is located in
Whiteside County about 45 miles southwest of
Rockford between Moline and Dixon and between
Interstate 88 and the Rock River.

Situated in the center of the
community, Rock Falls Elementary School District has
an enrollment of approximately one thousand
students.

Student attendance centers are
comprised of Dillon Primary School - grades K-2,
Merrill Intermediate School - grades 3-5, and Rock
Falls Middle School - grades 6-8.

The district offers a full complement
of educational services from pre-school through 8th
grade. Services are provided for students with
special needs as well as those identified as gifted.

A variety of extra curricular
programs are available to students as well as access
to current technology.
