Riverdale Families

Family Nights are held multipl times a year in the evening. Riverdale teachers and staff plan family-centered activities around a fun topic. Some past family nights have been: Touch a Truck, Gingerbread Man Fun, STEAM Building, Minute to Win It Games, and Fun Fair. Check the calendar for your child's specific night.

Family Workshops are held during the school day, these hands-on workshops, offer the opportunity for the students to spend some time with family members, family friends, or younger siblings to learn through fun activities. These are coordinated through Riverdale and Community organizations, such as, the University of Illinois Extension Services, Woodlawn Arts Academy, and local service organizations.
